Today is definitely going to be a rough day. I woke up with that terrible "detox breath" and the nasty taste that goes with it. My bowels spoke up and I rushed to the bathroom to accomodate them. I was running my tongue over my front top teeth when I felt and heard a "POP". Then I noticed my mouth was filling with blood. I rinsed and rinsed and finally stuck a washcloth under my tongue, where the sharp pain was coming from. For some reason I was bleeding from the connection under my tongue to my mouth. It took about 20 minutes to get the bleeding to stop. I felt hot internally, very flushed, and nauseated. Hubby brought me a bowl just in case. I had to keep pressure under my tongue the whole time, or it would start bleeding heavily again. I'm not sure what tore, or why, but it is still sore a few hours later.
I tried to drink, but anything other than water burns like crazy. At least for this morning, I'll only be drinking water. Definitely no cayenne, and even straight lemon water stings.
I have an easy day today; just taking and picking up kids, and organizing paperwork for taxes. So I picked a good day to have a bad day...
EXERCISE:
Today is the day I have set to restart my walking (treadmill) program. I'm going to start with 1/2 mile, 3 times per day, on alternating days. I'll do some strength training on the other days.
MEASUREMENTS: Maybe by Friday or Saturday, I'll feel up to measuring myself again.
Right now I just feel to yucky to bother.
