I guess because of my age, 50ish and living on coffee & tea... my teeth were an unsightly yellow. I have never smoked a cigarette in my life and not an excessive drinker. NEVER did drugs either... so caff. was the culprit.
I have always brushed my teeth day & night but it sure didn't help over the years.
Regardless... My teeth are at least THREE SHADES WHITER. Not pearly whites but by god good enough for me to notice.
I was soooo embarrased over the yellow and I had my teeth cleaned less than 6 months ago but that doesn't do anything for the color of your teeth.
My dentist offered to do the "whitening thing" for $500.00. Nope... not me sucker! I went home yellow!
Two weeks ago I opted for the $37.98 - 10 day Crest Whitening Strips. I used them one day and decided to do the cleanse first.
I might not need them If I last the 40 days here.
Anybody else notice the teeth whitening?

MoreThis is a reply to # 252,918funny you should mention because i was just thinking about this today. mine, too, are noticeably whiter even though i've done the bleaching kits and stuff before. so yeah, me too!

This is a reply to # 252,919I probably noticed it because it is such a contrast compared to Sunday.
I vaguely remember something about my cousin using lemon juice in her hair to get the blonde streaks. She said the lemon juice works on your hair if you stay out in the sun a lot and soon you see the streaks.
But I never dreamed it would work on your teeth. But... I am living proof. I was even going to consider expensive veniers for my teeth... they were so embarassingly yellow!
