Maybe this is the thread to answer my question about bm's. On day 3 I didn't have a bm, and today day four I did the swf and passed all liquid. I'm wondering if I should just stick with the lemonade and not do the tea or swf. Maybe nothing needs to come out. Granted the first day I had some good bm's with the tea and swf, I did notice some yellow, but now I'm not sure what to do. I feel great however and do plan to stick w/ the mc.
