Hey there! 22 year old girl in Delaware, need to start this thing tomorrow. Wondering if anyone wants to do this with me, either if you are starting tomorrow or are already a couple days into it. I was thinking I could e-mail with someone, guy or girl, older or younger, it doesn't matter. I have a digital camera and was thinking it would be fun to send progress pics every couple of days too. I might post mine one here, maybe with a blog or something. Anyway, reply or e-mail me at emandjessie@aol.com and let me know, OK? I am hoping first to improve my overall health with this cleanse and to detox off of cigarettes and also various recreational drugs. I also want to look better!

I wish I took pictures. I had cellulite around my tummy since I was a teen and even when I started eating food again, my tummy still looks great and no more cellulite. I just started today too! i'm not great at keeping up with emails but i'll def. be checking in the forum at least once a day. let's keep each other posted on our progress.
how long are you planning to do the cleanse for? this is my first one & i'm shooting for bet 10-21 days depending on how things go. i just had my first lemon drink & you just hafta luv the SWF!
oh, i'm doing this for general detox. i started Liver Flushing about 6 mo ago & then found this forum & wanted to try it out.

This is a reply to # 251,503I am doing at least the 10 minimum days. But I really hope I will have the discipline to do it longer because if you're going to do 10, why not 15, or 20, you know? SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is probably one of the hardest parts, especially when you get sick and all of your efforts are literally down the toilet. I want to all around detox too, haven't done any flushes, but I went on a Yerba Prima Cleanse earlier this year, though I think my efforts were in vain because I haven't eaten really healthfully at all since then. Good luck!

I'm doing the Master-Cleanse for the same reasons (to quit smoking and give my body a break from college drinking)! I'm on day 4 as of 48 minutes ago. I was going to quit, but this message board helps a lot. If you want to chat send a reply!
