No. Wheat is a common allergen. Did you do the MC? Really any cracker you eat is not going to be "healthy" for the most part. Especially wheat or white flour. The gluten is difficult to digest. Consider crackers a treat food.
I personally do not eat even rye crackers. Grains in general turn into Sugar fast. It is not that they are "bad" for you. But if you eat them daily? Well, I would not do that. Just how I do my diet anyway. I dont want to classify them as bad. Just be aware of too many grains is not good in general.
If you are doing so to break the fast beware: Crackers can lead to constipation as it is quite difficult for the body to digest. Fruits and vegetables are better. Then add in yoghurt or take a probiotic and THEN you can start to take grains again, if you wish to.
