First I would like to thank everyone yet again for their support and advice. My plan, on this 5th cleanse, was to go for 12 days. However, I have had real trouble on this particular cleanse. It started with not being able to pass the SWF. Starting yesterday, I just couldn't get the lemonade down. My gag reflex has kicked in, I am queezy, and very weak. I am basically on a Water Fast at this point, which is not the point of the cleanse.

Although I am disappointed I did not meet my goal, 8 days seems respectable enough to be proud of this attempt.

I am making a small contribution to the board donations, as they never solicit this, and it cost quite a bit of money to pay hosting fees, server charges, domain regitry's etc. I would encourage any and all who have benefitted from the support of these wonderful boards to consider doing the same. I know the staff and moderators here would appreciate it very much.
