Hi all!
So, I lasted the 10 days on the cleanse without ONE slip-up... but as soon as day 11 rolled around, my brain went into "screw you, i'm eating!" mode. I woke up and had a glass of water/oj.. then another.. then went for one, just ONE, bite of soy yogurt.. then another.. then "oh let's try this flavor", then "oh i have strawberry flavor too".. One Saturday gone, four cups of soy yogurt polished off, along with a glass of red wine/water at a party, (oh man, BAD tasting combo).. and here I am. I have had NO problems so far.. so i woke up and just cooked a tofu lettuce wrap. (scrambled tofu, various veggies in a ..well, lettuce wrap.) We'll see how that goes! It's just amazing how i was able to hold out for so long. Someone said soy is really hard to digest but maybe i have acclamated throughout the years? Or maybe I'm about to explode. Who knows. Either way, how did I lose my discipline?! Has this happened to anyone else? I feel like i kinda sold-out.. Ah, well.

P.S. Please note that I used to Cayenne IN my tofu wrap, and washed it down with some OJ. That counts right?
