don't think just because you are using organic you are safe. both grades suggested and organic are pretty much the same toxicity levels, because both are heated and when heat is added, the formaldihyde concentrations rise.
(another reason as well, not to use fake
Sugar at all and certainly not in hot drinks).
anyway...i never use organic anything it is over priced.
i certainly don't care for maple syrup in any shape or form (my taste tells me not to like it) i don't even use it on pancakes, i use a tsp of
Sugar sprinkled on top or, raspberry syrup.
never was much for maple in any way shape or form.
