Hi All!!!!
I'm on day 9 and feel great!!!! I am getting ready to break the fast on day 11 and need some advise as to how to break it properly... I feel that the orange juice will be too acidic for me - any other recommendations??? I plan to break for 5 days (half the time of the fast) - when can I start on solid food???
Also - I have a few last questions....
- I am still getting a few solid bits with my daily BM - should this still be happening on day 9??? Shouldn't it be clear by now????
- I am also a massage therapist and I have swelling and some signs of repetitive motion injury and need to begin taking aloe vera to sooth the inflammation - can I do this safely on the fast???
- how soon can I begin to take my spirulina and aloe, etc after I break the fast???
- when can I start on smoothies????
