I would have swapped over to juices earlier. My stomach grumbled through most nights while on the Master-Cleanse (not cravings, but actual hunger) so I had to go drink Lemonade during the night. But that's just me - everyone is different.
3 - 6 cups of juice, morning fruit, afternoon veggies. Yes, it is very supporting, though I was always in the top of that range (6 cups, sometimes 7 cups).
I would've used less cayenne pepper. I used a lot b/c I thought I'd be tough and use as much as I could stand but I got a reaction from it forcing me to cut my Master-Cleanse a couple of days short. Next time, I follow strictly by the measurements in the book and use a straw.
