That's right, I'm doing it again. I did the first for 10 days from the end of Nov-early Dec. I know it's kind of soon to be doing it again but the first time around I wanted to go more than 10 days but couldn't due to holiday obligations. This time I want to go at least 14 days, maybe more. The deadline to wean by is Valentines Day. Also a note: USE GET REGULAR TEA BY YOGI! No cramping at all. That's the tea that I used the first time around. Last night my bf brought me 'Smoothe Move' and I woke with cramps at 4am. I am definitely blaming it on the tea. Get Regular never gave me cramps or woke me at all.
