Hi everyone, last week I made it to day 4 and then ate (a thin crust pizza), but since then and over the 3 day weekend I have made plans to start today and go at least 10 days.
I'm 6 feet tall and 216
pounds today.
This is my daily plan, someone please tell me if I am missing something.
In the morning, I prepare this to take to work.
1 bottle: 24
ounces water, 2 teaspoon
Sea Salt
1 bottle: 24
ounces water, 3
ounces (Organic) Lemon Juice (I juice the whole lemon, rind and all), 3 ounces Grade B Maple Syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon Cayanne Pepper.
I will drink the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) first thing when I get to work, and then split the Master Cleasner into 3 parts taken every couple, three hours.
I will also drink 1-2 1.5 Liter bottles of Poland Spring water. I may also drink a Smooth Move tea at work.
At home I will drink 3 more
Master-Cleanse servings, and a smooth move tea before bed.
Some questions I have is...
Is Brita okay or do I have to continue to buy Poland Spring Water
Is Organic Lemons a must? In NYC at Eli's, Organic Lemons are 7$ for 2
pounds and 2
pounds isn't a lot.
Should I be using more Cayanne pepper? I actually like the taste and would mix it with regular water.
Does the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) have to be warm?
