I've done my first flush today, and apart from the fact that I can't
stop using the loo, everything seems OK. I lost hundreds and
hundreds of 'stones', about 50 measureable ones. The worst part was
the
Epsom Salts - the effect after the first two doses. It was
really quite disturbing. I had indigestion, mildly for most of the
night, but I believe I have a peptic ulcer starting as well, (under
investigation), so my poor little 'stom' doesn't like to be without
food for too long. I wasn't hungry at all, but did get very
thirsty. I was afraid to drink even water, in case it upset the
programme. Should I be able to have a drink? It may have been
partly nerves, as I was so afraid it wouldn't work. I was absolutely delighted to see all those little green 'stones'.
I will be showing them to my Doctor this pm, it will be interesting
to see his reaction, as up to now, the only viable option I have been given is surgery.
