I am on Day 13 today and plan to continue for a while on the Master Cleanse.
I have in the meantime been looking at the various options for my diet after the Cleanse. I went through some of the older recommended posts and came upon some interesting ideas.
I know for sure that raw and/or vegetarian is a no-go for me. Then I read up on the 40-30-30 diet which sounds like something I could do. I read that Somer was on that diet. Are you still? Is it working for you?
I'd also like to hear from other people their experiences.
For the last four years I have changed my diet quite a bit - to the extent that I live wheat-free and do all the cooking myself. I avoid all
preservatives and
food colors and don't eat any processed foods. However, I gained quite a bit of weight in the last eight months due to home-made cookies and similar items.
Any ideas and help are greatly appreciated!
