I'm also on day 2 and have the white tongue and cleansing breath. I use Tom's Natural Toothpaste w/o fluoride, but use much less than normal. I brush my teeth, gums and tongue with baking soda and peroxide three times/day when I'm home, twice when I'm not. It feels great, and I feel better. Unfortunately, my breath only lasts a few minutes; then its dragon breath again! When I'm working with the public, I use breath strips (NOT good on the MC), but I can't lose my job either....
For soap, I've been researching natural hygeine, but haven't tried anything yet.
