Good morning, and great to have you (and your friend) with us! I'm just starting the water for my morning tea (I use it more often than the SWF). I'm SO excited to be starting. I dreamed last night about sneaking in a can of chips and a package of cookies just before midnight. I don't even eat potato chips! Funny how my subconscious is already wanting to binge. Of course, I'm not giving in... I'm just going to have to work on my subconscious and conscious mind... Cleansing is NOT deprivation; it's a gift that I'm going to give myself. I'm going to enjoy the process as well as the results!
