I have never made that one. Seems I made the one for eyes out of some herb years ago. I even forget how we did it. but it has to sit in the alcohol for awhile. We used vodka. They did not want us buying a bunch of bottles of it here.
I am sure there are sites on the internet on how to make tinctures. Most health food stores sell some tinctures.Richard Schultz has a web site and sells them. They aren't cheap, but his stuff is very good.It is powerful. You can find out more by calling 1-800-437-2362.
