It's been a long time since I've posted! I'm on day 2 of a 30 day fast...so far so good!
Anyone else fasting this cold new year?

MoreThis is a reply to # 246,808Good luck, wow 30 days. I'm on day 4 of at least 10 days (my first time), I'm not certain how long I will go yet. Will see how I feel at 10.
I am amazed that the lemonda drink extuishes my hunger and I still have loads of energy.
