The Muscle book I remember he used his own body weight and not common weights. Been 20 years since I read his books and within great books--authors often suggest additional books to learn from. I remember the Too Thin book had to deal with the "nerves" and poor sleep---people that can't rest as they sleep, literally wear them self out--so he suggested an additional book from a M.D. that wrote a book about brain health as a path to correcting the too thin body---those folks that can't rest and burn them selves out.

The Pastor Hotema 50+ books often have suggested additional books----the autobiography of New Testament Paul was a worthy book.

Dr. Ingram has a few additional books he not only suggested, but also published for the authors; because like Dr. Hulda Clark, he also had his own book making machines. Several of his suggested books I could not find, because after he died--his daughter stopped printing the controversial books---such as the cancer book and most of all, his 2 vaccine books-----the 2 vaccine books appear for sale "used' but not often---they are great books--even though he spells out the horrors---but prob the only books on such a subject that offers suggested treatments for reversal of damages. One of the best Pastors I ever knew---he 100% believed dead people have "influence" on the living...........he was the man that gave Dr. John R. The Pastor then had his churches hire Dr. Christopher to travel around and teach the churches about his herbal products----50 years later, long after Dr. Christopher passed; this pastor prostrate cancer and prolonged lung infections ---- Not only was Dr. Christopher type herbs used and saved this Pastor, the herbs were given to him free of charge, even though the stranger had no clue who the Pastor was and after 3 years of use, his prostrate cancer was cured and his lungs cleared and he preached series in his late 80's.....This is when the Pastor believed that the "Stranger" did not give him the herbs for free---"HE" truly believed it was Dr. John R. Christopher "HELPING" him by returning the favor...

"OFTEN" an author's books are not so popular while the person was alive---it could be dozens of years, even thousands of years later....

STARTING by 1950, all the gov libraries burned, destroyed or sold for 5-10 cents the great medical books---they wanted rid of all books that helped the slaves help them selves---after 1949 it was world wide depopulation via chemicals and drug control. EVERY GREAT M.D. written book condemned all drugs and operations----after 1949 they had to destroy those books.......

LUCKILY books survive and now that the internet is so corrupted-----BOOKS are returning to value.
