I've been trying to stick to this and haven't gotten past 3 days. I've done this before, but I seemed to adjust to the hunger easier in the past and also the detoxing is more severe this time. For the past two weeks I've tried three times and only get through a day or two..maybe three. I was so miserable last night I had to eat an apple. I'm convinced I have slacked on the lemonade or something is different. I need someone to do this with me, I don't care where you are in the fast, beginning, middle or coming to an end. Starting tomorrow I am going to try for 11 days. I have something that I need to quit by the 18th. Can anyone commit to partnering with me? I'd be available to email throughout the day as needed.
