I am on day 2 and still have a headache from yesterday. Am I allowed to take a pain pill? The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is working well but I am tempted to do the p&b shake. I have diverticulosis and have a feeling there is lots of "stuff" in there. Maybe I should wait until day 10 or so...I also want to do a liver cleanse, should I wait till the end of this fast to do that as well? I am really tired today but from what I have read that may pass after day 3. I have done a lot of reading on this forum but would really like to have someone to share with. Is anyone out there willing? Anyone on day 2 like me? Thanks for listening anyway,
