NASA was created for only 1 reason---avoid the asteroid. Those that started nasa all concluded that 100% of all they tried had the opposite affect on earth-------building lakes in an attempt to off set the earth and change rotation was 1 of their most stupid experiments. 100% of what the idiot scientist try---backfires---because they are that stupid.
