I am going through Day 2. I am on my 7th cleanse;so, I know what to expect now. Times of weakness and times of energy surges. I took a Schultz pill last night which is very powerful lax. Have gone potty more than once today. I always have these pills here and use them rather than buy the teas. They work very well.
I don't so the SWFs. I know this is different than others; however, the books says to use the tea night and morn and use the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) if you need to. I do things with as little interference as possible. In past cleanses I took enemas when pills stop producing movements in the mornings.
