Morehalf way through day one here. doin' alright. slight hunger pangs. i think it's mental though ... i manage a restaurant.
anyway, only about 6 more hours to go before retiring to a steaming cup of LAXATIVE TEA. :) LOL you have to laugh.

This is a reply to # 245,428I came home after closing the restaurant; the cleanse was going along smoothly. I made the unfortunate mistake of opening the fride full of Thanksgiving leftovers!
I was strong for about five minutes. It's all down hill from there. Haven't decided what i'm gonna do .... wait till after the holidays most likely.
I'm out of this round but I'll be reading up on posts and getting ready for a cleanse in the late winter - early spring.
