Well, today is my day 1. I was going to start Monday...but my bf took the day off from work, and we just had a nice lazy day together.....OK not ALL lazy, but that is another story, lol! Also, I had a pretty bad cough and was feeling under the weather, so he pampered me with some great hot toddy's! YUM!
Woke up this AM and did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) protocol! WOW! It worked like a charm! I used sommers method, and was in the restroom 1/2 an hour later. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS, but I passed what surely must have been mucoid plaque. A rounded, hollow rope-like structure, rubbery, about 5-6 inches in length. This is so strange, I've heard of this happening later in the cleanse, but on Day 1? My history is plenty of SAD, and also an extensive drinking, and experimentation with various substances.
I'm on my first lemonade of the day. I haven;t decided whether I will SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) ecery AM or less often. Even though it worked, I have trouble with nausea on it.
