I preferred when they built up because it was easier to manage. All I had to do when put vaseline on and the dead skin would come off easily. Now, they’re still very much as dry as before, but I can’t really get the skin off with vaseline. The skin on my lips doesn’t really exfoliate on its own anymore, but because of this, I’m now more so dealing with angular cheilitis.
