Your post does make me curious since from what Ive read here and in the Salt forum and other places on the web, the salt in solution is meant to be like a saline solution, at the correct amount to equal the sodium percentage of blood. My understanding is that if you take it this way, that there is no damage to the kidneys or other organs and no edema.
So I wonder if anyone knows if this solution can form in the stomach/intestine like you are seeming to do, mix it up inside, or if there is any specific benefit to drinking it already in solution. I do feel more hydrated and combined with the SM tea from the night before everything moves predictably.
So how does your method work for you at night? And do you drink the tea in the morning? The tea with the cramping seems the most difficult part for me. The
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is like a miso soup for me, and pretty good after my experience with
Epsom Salts in solution we use in a liver flush.
