It is very detailed and has awesome pictures. It appears your sons are in phenomenal shape in their football gear.
HERBS ARE WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD WHEN YOUR FRESHMEN KIDS CAN OUT LIFT THE SENIOR VARSITY AND THE COACHES----DOES NOT GET MUCH BETTER THAN THAT AS PROOF THAT HERBS CAN MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE.
I was 6 foot 2 as a freshmen and only weighed 140 and your
youngest son appears to be 165 maybe 170?

IT REALLY SUCKS THAT I CAN NOT UPLOAD 10 SECOND LONG VIDEO CLIPS.
I'm curious what both of their daily diets are like?
THAT WAS ALSO EXPLAINED IN GREAT DETAIL, BASICALLY THEY EAT ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT EAT THEM FIRST. WE ALSO GROW OUT OWN BEEF, YEARS AGO GREW CHICKENS, TRIED PIGS 1 YEAR, ETC. OTHERWISE DAILY FRUIT JUICE IS THE CLUE-THE KEY TO SUCCESS, ALONG WITH DE-WORMING AND MINERAL RICH HERBS.
I'm sure they eat alot of fruit/juices daily.
