I am working with my father, who is 75 years old, and lives in South Florida. He has been installing carpet and some vinyl flooring for over 40 years.
He stopped recently because it was physically too demanding, and who wants to doing that at 75?
No exit plan just yet, he just couldn't do it anymore. His plan was to take a break, and get another job, but he's having some health issues, and I'm trying to help him with that and a retirement plan.
He says he feels down, his head hurts, my mom took him to the doctor and they think he may be in a pre-Parkinson's state.
I'm a certified health coach, and I help him, family and friends outside of a day job. I've been giving him advice over the years, trying to help him live a more natural life, eat cleaner, eat more veggies, drink more water, and get him to stop taking his medications, mostly for high blood pressure, a statin for cholesterol, and one for sciatic/hip pain.
He also has tinnitus from non-US military service.
I'm optimistic as I've learned many alternative therapies, including Chinese and ayurvedic medicine, detox, and of devices.
I've sent him information, qi gong videos, and reminders of simple things like breathing, gentle exercise, herbs, and supplements. Now I'm looking into sending him a health or detox device.
I know about zappers, Rife machines, and the like. I have an ionic detox foot bath.
But for him, I am thinking of something simple, that he could wear to detox and help his organs from decades of carpet/chemical exposure.
He's probably full of a lot of toxins.
I am thinking zapper, but there are so many. Can someone suggest something that is simple to use, or some exercises that are effective for someone in his condition?
