So you've been taking Iodine on an empty stomach for years, first thing when you wake up? I am assuming you've been getting benefits from it or you would have changed your routine until desired benefits were achieved. How many mg do you take in the coffee? I am about to start the Iodine protocol with companion nutrients and work up to 20mg per day. That's my plan for now, anyhow. Thanks for your response!
