I haven't been here in a while, and seems like this forum isn't as active as it used to be when my EC began 4 years ago. Anyway, does anyone deal with their inner lips being very sticky? It's not so much EC that's bothering me, it's the inner lips because they are so sticky and it makes me self-conscious in public or when I talk to people. I wonder if it has to do with bacteria or blocked salivary glands.

I'm worried it's a separate (but related) issue from EC, but hopefully someone else can chime in! It's hard to describe but when my lips are closed, it feels uncomfortable and when I open my mouth there's a very slight delay because of the stickiness. If I put my finger on the inside of my lips, they stick a little for a bit as well. I've tried Xylimelts for dry mouth but they don't seem to help.
