For those that live in an area that has "seasons"---such those of us that live too far North---we experience Fall, then Winter.

Fall / Winter people get less sunlight. Less fresh air as they are inside warm buildings more often than outside. The air may be loaded with heavy metals thanks to those that spray all of us daily, but it is still fresher than indoor heated air.

With the change of weather, humans go through a "PRESSURE" Change......sealed up houses can cause this same affect... inside a building the winds build up a "pressure" and you being inside the house---you will feel the affects.......and your lymph glands will feel the affects and your mud in your lymph glands can get stirred up and before you know it your blood is more dirty than normal, more acidic and then your lungs start to load up.

NUMBER ONE
As you age, that large bone in the middle of your back, where all your massive lung nerves pass through----that BONE will torment you, especially late fall, start of winter. AS A CHILD you might have rolled down a hill trying to get your bones to fall back in place-----as an adult, you may see a massage person or a chiropractor.

A GOOD CHIROPRACTOR will adjust that bone every time you see him and ideally you see him once every month and the price should never be more than $30 per visit---some charge as little as $15. KEEP in mind that many chiropractors are worthless...they will believe in x-rays, gadgets and worse of all, puny weak people try to be chiropractors and they are worthless for the simple fact that patients today can be HUGE and HEAVY and it takes a powerful / real man to man handle humans and even they have trouble trying to put pones back in place for people that are twice or 3x heavier than they should be.


THAT vertebra can torment you, cause asthma, breathing issues than make you think your going to die and all the drugs on planet earth will not correct that bone---it takes another human to push it back where it belongs.

NORMALLY your chiropractor will set you up and as he lays you down, he puts his fist or a board under your back and then bends you over the board/fist with the hopes that large bone moves back to where it belongs......WHY does this bone go out of place very often? BECAUSE it is located where you bend your back the most.


YOU or anyone can read a chiropractic book and get the general idea how to move the bones---but people can not treat them selves--- so chiropractors all have their chiropractor and they share treatments with each other almost weekly. A real Chiropractor has very little investment, some even answer their own phone and have zero employees and zero expenses other that wheel barreling their cash to the bank....so this is why they often charge $30 or less per visit......but they can be worth far more than any drug or hospital....actually a great chiropractor is the only professional help you may ever need in your entire lifetime as far as sickness goes.



HERBS
Dr. John R. Christopher had his anti-plague formula which was his largest combination of herbs---aka follows the 1957 co-q10 theory..........then shulz later added cayenne and messed it up badly, because many people can not stand to drink cayenne.

I took their theories and always based on my best teacher, Christopher and made my own version, which uses way more, many more herbs and no cayenne pepper in the base formula I simply call MAXIMUM RESTORE.

My general theory was this for adults:

During an ice age you want to live near the equator. When Jesus Returns, you want to be at the equator; asteroids sling shot North and South---the equator is your safest spot on earth.


Shut those chem trail jets down and ALL GMO Corn and Soybeans will die........the earth today is dependent on weather control...the state of California has always practiced weather control, with out the cloud chemicals, they could never raise vegetables outside of controlled irrigation. Those same aluminum chemicals are very ignitable and as they have piled up over the last 70 years on California, you see how easy the land burns....aluminum dust is explosive.
