Hey,
Me too, day 10 of 30. all is well I still feel a little tired, I take lot's of naps. I'm glad that I have a schedule that allows it.
I'm 10 lb lighter and I feel great, nothing really out of the ordanary.
I'm drking the tea and I'm doing the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every morning. 6 cups of lemonade and 12 cups of water. + some tea's.
