On day 6 now. All is well. I do not have as much endurance as I usually do and have to rest a little more. I am 70 years old.
Bowels seem to move a little each morning without a purging of some kind.

This is a reply to # 242,153Day 6 here too. No fatigue, little to no hunger although I would marry some sashimi if the opportunity was there!!!!
Trying to decide how long to do this. Originally, I wanted to go 14 days, but I am getting very thin and my tongue is pink. Definitely will go 10 days, but after that...who knows?- Re: Day 6 starting nancy_louise35
