I have the same thing. Sometimes I think its schistosoma other times it looks more like a nemotode. One of them looked like a bean pod with a red worm coming out of one end, I erased the picture. That looked almost identical to the Angiostrongylus cantonensis. I have had major sinus surgery and they are easily removed from sinus salt water rinse. Except the bean pod looking ones and I remove them myself becausethey are real sticky. My Ent gave me flonase and it has helped contrary to what some say on here. Ivermectin and albendazole have worked well. Eprinex is the best thing I have used but its pour on. It would be interesting to know exactly what these are. It has taken almost a year to find the right combination to work but they never effected my energy or strength. Just itched like hell. Skin so soft with deet has been the best thing for itching so far. Anyway hopefully we can pinpoint this in order to get rid of it.
