When you say outcome I assume you're talking about solid poop right?
In my 3 year experience and 40/28/21/40 mcs and reading this forum the norm is after the first 2 or 3 dasy to have nothing but "butt pee" and no solids.
Colon cleansing need to be addressed in a more focused manner and more aggresively. I have done the PB shakes while eating regular and I have never passed any of the famous black ropes. The jury is still out for me that the ropes are not the psyllium but perhaps that is because of my personal experience.
I just finished a 40 day MC a coupla weeks back and did my 20th+ liver flush I will be ordering one of the oxygen based colon cleansers that is supposed to melt away the plaque in your colon. so we'll see what that produces.
As far as severe detox there is just no way of telling or predicting anything. I went thorugh my first 40 and 28 dayers relatively smooth. but on my 3rd around day 17/18 I had a knock out drag out nausea/vomiting on my knees praying to the porcelain god experience. I couldn't even get any lemonade down so I drank water the rest of the day and was fine the next day. So it's anybody's guess as to when and if a detox crisis will hit.
My personal guess is that anyone that passes any solids after 3 weeks on the MC is probably a very good candidate to follow up with more agressive and focused colon cleansing and perhaps colonics.
