All the disturbing signals you cite do not necessarily mean Fludan is out of business. They are just a rather haphazardly run company. They never answer their phone; the website is often down; and they can take forever to process orders. Unfortunately customer demand is so great, they have never needed to improve their often appalling service (although sometimes they do get it right). Anyway, I hope this is just another in a long line of examples of bad business practice rather than the end of that line.
