I'm trying to resolve many many health problems I had all my life.
I did 30
Water Fast a year ago and have seen little improvement.
Now I want to go all the way for a complete fast. I started 102 killos, now I'm 92, so I have a long way to go.
on day 15 though I had a breaking point and decided to eat an apple hoping it won't break the fast. So I did and it gave me a huge relief.
woke up next day and it's like I never had an apple, the fast is still on. the detox is still going, hard. on day 16 when again I just needed some relief from the fast I took a tomato and it actually was a lot better than the apple (as the apple is a bit rough on the body). it's like the body took an hour break from the detoxing, (maybe went down like to a 50% detox), and than return.
on day 16 took like 4 of them. on day 17 another 4.
I tried also cucumber but it felt a little weird, a bit rough.
So now that's what I'm going to do. when I'm feeling really down I'm taking a tomato.
it doesn't make me hungry or upsetting the stomach, I'm still fueling on fats 100% and detoxing.
I think it might be a game changer. making the fast a lot more Barrable.
thoughts anybody?
