Hi. I'm on day 36 of my 40 day water only fast. Just wanted advice on breaking it. This is my plan and just wanted to check if it was safe. My proposed schedule:
Day 1: drinking
Watermelon juice in water and coconut water. Mid morning eating small amounts of
Watermelon each hour. Fresh orange juce
Day 2: larger amounts of watermelon, oranges. Later start drinking bone broth/soup.
Day 3: same as above plus soft veg and fruit, like salad, tomatoes, avocados, bananas. And veg to bone broth, bit of rice. Start with some white fish
Day 4: introduce chicken, meat, lentils, potatoes etc in small amounts
Day 5: eating normally in small regular portions
Please advise if this is a good plan
