i plan on using grade b organic maple syrup but ii did buy some molasses justin case i need a pick me up. i am already thin and i seem to always have a borderline potassium level so i thought it would be a good idea to have it on hand. anyway, when i went to buy it i got confused. why do different brands have more cals, more potassium, more sodium, and the calcium percentage differs. which do i buy? i went to the whole organic store and decided on the one that has 70 cals per tblesp., sodium 25mg, potassium 504mg, carbs 14g calcium 10%, iron 20%. does this sound about right? there are some with less sodium-30mg, less potassium-349, calcium-2%, iron 6%. someone with loots of knowledge please help me out. i want the best for me. can one get too much sodium from it? confused. thanks in advance. also wondering why is it so cheap? i only paid 2.69 for 1 qt. does that mean it isn't as good? use to paying alot for my lemons and maple syrup, so why not for this. it is pure and from the organic store. sorry to ramble, just need some help. thanks in advance. cayennequeen
