Hello would a 20 day fast 20 day refeed would my body go trough stress and trauma under anesthetic after 20 day refeed, anyone who has had surgery ect or know anyone would be great to know thank you.- Re: Anesthetic and waterfasting? archus

This is a reply to # 2,404,547You should be fine. Perhaps Water Fast will prepare your body to deal with trauma of surgery. Hopefully you can fast after surgery as well.

This is a reply to # 2,404,642Tap water is not recommended, but if you have no choice drink tap water. You can fill a glass jar with tap water and leave it on your window sill where you get sunlight for 24 hours and then drink that water, this way chlorine will be evaporated.
