What I am pointing out is fasting should not be used to lose weight. It will no doubt help you lose weight, however, once you start eating you will gain the weight back and frustration will set in. Most people then blame
Water Fasting instead of what they have been eating for their entire life. It takes us a long time to be in an unhealthy state and it takes as long or more to be in good healthy state.
So if you really want to lose weight eat raw organic fruits and vegetables, include legumes and nuts/ seeds, no processed junk, walk 20 minutes every day, eat only when hungry not by the clock, watch your food quantity, eat what fits in your two palms together, learn how to combine foods.
Periodically, do colon, kidney and liver cleanses.
