Hi everybody, I need help, and I think I can help to.
Been suffering for excessive sweating (only on underarms) from 1 year now. It's triggered by stress, when I am at home, it never happens to me or maybe sometimes... Somedays it's reduced without any explanation, and the day after it can be 3x worse also without any change in my life (except what i eat)
The first time it happened to me it was when I had to drive for 18 hours without stopping...
But also at the same time I had to leave my house because of a separation.
I remember also one day I drunk to much coffee at work and it was sweating drops for hours, is was incredible.
Now I never drink coffe (since a year) I have stopped smoking tobacco and weed since 2 weeks (I did smoke 1 or 2 cigarets a day), I try to eat healthy...
I do have bad armpit smell sometimes, that could be noticed by others, but never by me. I can stop it with alum stone, or with cider vinegar under my arms as a deodorant. I have also taken a lot of chlorophyl supplement, I guess it helps, also probiotics, I guess it helps too, also a lot of things.... this from 5-6 years...
I am 26 years old, I'm never sick, I train a lot (running, crossfit and thai boxing).
For me now, the excessive sweating is ruining my life, I sweat al day, even if I am seated, but when i come back home, it stop.
When I use another antiperspirant, I can be sweat free for 2-3 days after it stop is effect. Also cutting a potato and scrubbing it on my underarms would do the same effect.
What should I do... I am a stresses person I now but, I am pretty sure that something that I eat or someting in my skin (bacterias?) is doing me sweating a lot, it cannot be only on my brain...
