you really should re-read the book. it is very important to drink a lot of water....generally one should drink about half of their body weight in ounces of water. so if you weigh 200 lbs, you should drink 100 ounces of water each day in addition to the 6 - 8 glasses of lemonade, the quart of the swf and the lax tea.

It's not as drastic as having to go back to day 1. It's just a matter of it not being the best way to get the most from the MC. You've got 4 days of good work done just maybe a little less efficient. Just carry on without the pulp and you'll be just fine. Maybe add a day to your goal for good measure.
