No worries I have a tooth that'a half rotted from a half done root canal from my systemic whipples disease and it has helped with the pain immensely and has even reversed some of the damage and whitens your teeth too. Heck I'd say even do it twice a day if you can. It's just a pain in the ass trying to keep the coconut oil liquifide. Just place it in hit water for a few minutes.
