You need to address the candida in order to effectively shift the composition of the bacterial flora that allows the H. pylori to have a negative effect. Low levels of HCL can play a role in the rise of H. pylori, which makes sense as low HCL signals an imbalance in the bacterial flora and function of the stomach.
