Hey there.
I'm on 196lbs now, after nearly 5 days.
Today I feel quite weak: unable to do my habitual pace-walk, nor my light yoga routine.
Only good for watching light entertainment online or bed.
Relying on my breath awareness technique to keep me in the present: away from the negative, defeatist inner voice; away from the chasm of time stretching away ahead of me (which is an illusion, for we only possess today, only ever have knowledge of today)
Good luck and stick to your original motivations for going on the fast; keep those motivations front and center of your daily work-a-day consciousness.
