Will I still have an effective flush if I drink room temperature distilled water one hour after the epson salt with water and one hour before the olive oil and grapefruit juice? Will I accidentally close the bile ducts up again?

Water is very neutral during the flush, and the only problem is if you drink to much.
If you take too much of it very close to the drinking oil, it can make it difficult to digest oil and you may feel bad .... but other than that it has no significant effect on bile production or release !
