Has anyone ever used coconut oil for receding gums? My gums have been receding for a bit but I didn’t really pay attention to what my dentist was saying. My two bottom teeth have gotten really bad, to where I’m uncomfortable most of the time. I got coconut oil on Friday nd I’ve been oil pulling for 15 minutes in the morning, then brushing my teeth with gum health toothpaste, and gargling with gum health mouth wash. I’ve also switched to An ultra soft toothbrush. So far I haven’t seen much of a result, but it’s only been 4 days. I was wondering if anyone say any results with growing their gums back?
