Hi I am new to using forums so unsure how to post.
I was doing
Water Fast broke at 56hrs with a fried egg and cheese slice. I want to continue fasting and not eat. My aim was to
Water Fast to boost starting keto diet.
This morning my blood ketones were 0.6. Do you think this egg and cheese have effected my ketosis? I will measure it again tonight before bed. Also TMI warning I have had gall bladder removal last yr due to stones...since that surgery I havent tolerated cheese or dairy well so when I ate the egg and cheese I feel as though it just came straight back out lol.
